Overview
We are a long‐standing general dental practice located in Mulgrave and Mt Eliza, with an excellent reputation in these suburbs. Our focus is comprehensive care for our patients, many of whom return for regular preventive maintenance. The group consists of Dentists and OHTs. In addition to general dentistry, we perform a wide range of procedures including Cosmetic Dentistry, orthodontics, clear aligners, implants, oral surgery, complex full‐mouth rehabilitations, and All on X. Mentoring will be provided for the right candidate to excel in their career. Due to our growth and patient demand, we are looking for another long‐term team member to join us starting on Mondays and/or Thursdays in the Mt Eliza practice.
Key Responsibilities
We are looking for someone passionate about providing high quality, comprehensive dental care and building long‐term trusting relationships with patients. Patient communication, diagnostic and treatment planning skills, and the ability to build up your books are vital to your success in our practice.
We have a great patient flow and busy books achieved through internal and external marketing. We provide ample time for an initial comprehensive exam and support from a front desk and assisting team.
Eligibility and Experience
* At least 1 year of experience in a private practice; previous fixed orthodontic experience will be favourably looked upon.
* Ability to communicate the diagnosis and treatment plan effectively to patients; Prime and Momentum training will be favourably looked upon.
* Ability to build up your books and sustain at least an 80% rebooking rate.
* The willingness to be a long‐term member of our team.
* Ability to plan long‐term and comprehensive diagnosis and treatment for all patients.
* Gentle and compassionate towards patients.
* Respectful, friendly, and open communication with the team.
* Eagerness to learn new skills and passion for continuous professional development.
* Passion for continuous learning and professional development is a must.
* Experience in cosmetic dentistry, orthodontics and implant dentistry will be favourably looked upon.
Practice Equipment and Environment
* Great hygiene department with regular loyal patients.
* Ability to perform general anaesthesia on site.
* CEREC Prime‐mill and Prime‐scan.
* CBCT, OPG and lateral ceph.
* In‐house 3D printing, Sidexis and InLab software.
* Regular dentist meetings to discuss cases and mentoring.
Remuneration
Remuneration will be commission‐based, based on experience.
