Kimberley Grande Resort are eagerly seeking a friendly, experienced & passionate Restaurant Manager to lead their young and energetic team in Kununurra to maximize productivity. Reporting to the Manager, you will help create a positive work environment while motivating and leading our staff to deliver memorable guest experiences.
The successful applicants must have a minimum of 5 years' experience in the respective role in high volume environments.
Required qualifications
* Experience in food and beverage service
* Sound knowledge of the hospitality industry
* Experience in training and coaching other employees
* Exceptional leadership qualities and people management skills
* Strong communication skills and attention to detail
* Thrive under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
* Experience in using H&L
* Must have current RSA and WA Approved Manager Licence

* Experience with large tour groups and functions
* Able to handle guest complaints tactfully, maintain the property reputation and gain a favourable outcome for the guest
* Experience as a Fire Warden and First Aid Officer (desirable)
The primary purpose of this position is to lead the restaurant and its team to deliver memorable guest experiences.
