Your new role As a SharePoint Consultant, you will be responsible for the administration, support, and continuous improvement of SharePoint environments. Your role will include: Administration & Maintenance Managing users, groups, and permissions Administration of site collections, libraries, and lists Monitoring & Support Managing incidents in line with agreed SLAs Conducting root cause analysis and implementing preventive measures Development & Enhancements Supporting workflows, forms, and automation using tools such as Power Automate and Microsoft Forms Supporting search functionality and enhancements (including SPFx) Integrating SharePoint with Microsoft 365 tools such as Power BI and PowerApps Supporting intranet and Teams portal development (site creation, pages, lists, templates, metadata) Contributing to project and charter-based work Governance & Compliance Supporting information architecture and governance frameworks Managing version control, records management, and auditing requirements Migration & Upgrades Supporting migrations from legacy SharePoint environments or file shares Assisting with modernisation of existing solutions Supporting transition to SharePoint Online Training & Adoption Delivering end-user training sessions Maintaining documentation and best practice guides What you'll need to succeed Proven experience working with SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 Strong understanding of SharePoint administration, permissions, and architecture Hands-on experience with Power Platform (Power Automate, PowerApps) Experience with SharePoint Framework (SPFx) desirable Exposure to migrations and modernisation projects Knowledge of governance, compliance, and information architecture Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills Ability to work within SLA-driven support environments What you'll get in return Opportunity to work on enterprise-scale Microsoft 365 initiatives Exposure to modern digital workplace transformation projects Collaborative and supportive team environment Competitive daily rate / salary package Flexible working arrangements (where applicable) What you need to do now If you're interested in this role, click 'apply now' or forward your updated CV to us today.
