We're looking for a senior finance leader to take ownership of financial integrity, regulatory compliance and treasury operations across a dynamic, fast-growing global fintech business.
This is a high-impact role that goes well beyond the basics. You'll lead end-to-end financial control and reporting across multiple jurisdictions, oversee treasury and liquidity management, and drive meaningful finance transformation — embedding automation and AI-enabled capabilities into a forward-looking finance function.
The role covers:
* Global financial reporting, statutory accounts and regulatory compliance
* Treasury, liquidity and capital management
* Systems optimisation and AI adoption
* Leadership of a team of approximately seven, with 2–3 direct reports
* Close partnership with Risk, Compliance and senior stakeholders globally
You’ll bring:
* CA/CPA qualification with strong IFRS expertise
* 7+ years in senior financial control roles within regulated environments, ideally financial services
* Experience across multiple regulatory jurisdictions
* A track record of finance transformation and automation
* Strategic thinking balanced with operational rigour
