Job Description
The mandate is clear: drive growth, build capability, and elevate the commercial footprint nationally. This is a strategic leadership position, reporting directly to the Managing Director, with full ownership of:
* National sales performance and results
* Leadership of BDMs and internal sales
* Lead and energise a national sales team
* Drive new business across OEM and aftermarket channels
* Identify and win new customers and industry segments
* Expand into new regions, including building out markets from the ground up
* Develop strong relationships with:
o OEMs
o EPCs and industrial contractors
o Asset owners across key sectors
* Partner closely with engineering and operations to deliver tailored, high-value solutions
The Successful Applicant
We're looking for an experienced sales leader with a proven track record of delivering results and building high‑performing teams. Experience in industrial, mechanical or engineering‑led environments is essential, ideally within fans or air movement solutions.
This is not a desk‑based role. You'll be hands‑on, in the market, leading from the front, winning new business, building relationships and driving performance on the ground.
