What will you be doing?
* Design engaging and practical learning solutions aligned to business needs
* Develop facilitator guides, learner resources, presentations and learning pathways
* Partner with stakeholders to identify capability gaps and performance opportunities
* Create learning assets that support both technical and behavioural development
* Support onboarding, upskilling, compliance and change-related learning initiatives
* Measure learning effectiveness and continuously improve solutions based on outcomes
What do you need?
* Experience in learning design, capability development or instructional design
* Background working within operational environments such as insurance, contact centre or financial services
* Strong ability to translate complex information into clear and engaging learning solutions
* Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
* Experience developing learning materials, presentations and capability frameworks
* High attention to detail with strong organisational and communication skills
