Job Summary
We're looking for a people focused, proactive Relationship Manager to join our growing team in a newly created role. This position is all about connection, building strong relationships with Support Coordinators, LACs, allied health professionals, hospitals, guardians, families and community stakeholders to help grow and strengthen our services across the community. You'll play a key role in representing our organisation, increasing referral pathways within the NDIS sector, and creating new opportunities as we expand into Aged Care. Through strong stakeholder engagement and community presence, you'll help drive participant growth and develop sustainable referral pipelines. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys networking, community engagement, business development, and making a genuine impact within the disability and aged care sector. This is a part-time role for 26.5hrs per week (3.5days), with flexibility available on work hours structure for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities
* Build and nurture strong relationships with Support Coordinators, LACs, allied health professionals, hospitals, guardians, families and community stakeholders
* Act as a key point of contact for new enquiries and referrals
* Identify opportunities, develop and implement growth strategies across all services, driving sustainable expansion
* Represent the organisation at expos, networking events and community engagement activities, including delivering presentations and information sessions
* Maintain regular communication and follow-up with referrers and stakeholders
* Help improve referral pathways and overall client experience
* Monitor stakeholder feedback and identify areas for improvement
* Maintain accurate records and communication notes within company systems
* Track performance metrics, provide regular growth reports to senior leadership
* Promote the organisation's services in a professional and values-driven way
* Support marketing and community engagement initiatives where required
About You
* 2 - 3 years' experience in relationship management, business development, client services, support coordination, care management or a similar role
* Experience within the Aged Care or NDIS sector
* Highly personable with strong relationship‐building capability
* A strong communicator with exceptional networking, negotiation and stakeholder engagement skills
* Organised, proactive, and able to manage competing priorities
* Demonstrated ability to drive client growth and achieve revenue targets
* Passionate about community services and making a difference
* Results Driven, with strong problem-solving skills and a positive, adaptable attitude
* Able to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
* Strong computer literacy and administrative capability
* Current Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle
* Current NDIS Worker Screening Check (or police clearance)
