We are looking for a driven Business Development Manager or Sales Agent who may be looking to use their industry skills to partner with our clients and deliver recruitment services to the property industry. Get your weekends back!
Key Responsibilities
* Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and grow the client base within the property sector.
* Source high‐quality talent.
* Stay informed on market trends to provide expert advice.
* Collaborate with interstate counterparts on national preferred supplier agreements and cross‐selling of services.
* Contribute positively to a collaborative, high‐performing team culture.
* Achieve and exceed targets through commission and bonus structures.
Criteria
* Real Estate or Property industry experience, particularly in sales or business development.
* Strong communication and relationship‐building skills.
* Target‐driven with a proven results mindset.
* Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast‐paced environment.
* Confident negotiator and problem solver.
* Positive attitude with a good sense of humor.
