The Role
SRG Global is currently seeking a Trade Assistant to join our team located in Gladstone, QLD on a casual basis. As a Trade Assistant, your role will be to assist and perform a range of trade and maintenance support tasks to support our site-based teams.
Key Responsibilities
* Prepare and maintain sites including organising work areas, cleaning up after jobs, ensuring tools and materials are ready for use.
* Assist with the installation, maintenance and repair of equipment as instructed.
* Provide support to onsite work crew and tradesmen.
* Ensure compliance with company and legislative requirements.
* Perform other general duties as directed by the Site Supervisor, within your level of competence.
The successful applicant will ideally have
* Current Driver's License
* White Card
* Working at Heights and Confined Spaces tickets
* Previous Trade Assistant experience
* Australian working rights
* Ability to pass a 3-site Blue medical inclusive of a Drug and Alcohol Screen
