Day‐trip flying model
All regional travel is completed as day trips. Flights typically depart Adelaide Airport around 7:30am, with return by approximately 4:00pm.

Clinical variety and development
You will complete a mix of ongoing therapy and assessments, including:
Ongoing therapy across paediatric, adolescent, and adult caseloads, with clinician preferences considered when shaping caseloads.
Functional Capacity Assessments & Assistive Technology assessments (if interested)
Home Modification reports (PD support available if this is an area of interest)
Supportive multidisciplinary team
Work alongside experienced clinicians in a collaborative, values‐driven team with strong clinical governance and support.
The Role
This role suits a rural‐generalist Occupational Therapist who enjoys variety, autonomy, and working across different environments.
You will:
Deliver therapy and/or assessments across adult and paediatric participants
Work within schools, homes, and community settings
Travel to regional and remote SA as part of scheduled day trips
Complete high‐quality clinical reports with protected admin time
Collaborate closely with our multidisciplinary team through regular case discussions, shared planning, and coordinated care to support strong, participant‐centred outcomes
Receive direct clinical support, including structured supervision, mentoring, and access to senior clinicians for case consultation and professional development
Access clear career progression pathways, with opportunities to develop specialist clinical interests, step into senior or leadership roles, contribute to service development, and grow your impact as the organisation expands
About You
You will have:
AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist (no restrictions)
Minimum 2 years' clinical experience (preferred)
Experience working with NDIS participants, or a strong understanding of the scheme
Experience across paediatric and adult caseloads, or willingness to work across both
Strong communication, organisation, and time‐management skills
