Job Title: Conveyor Belt Technicians / Splicers
Job Summary: We are seeking experienced and entry-level conveyor belt technicians to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of conveyor systems, manufacturing processes, and transmission belts.
Key Responsibilities:
* Install, maintain, and repair conveyor belts at customer premises
* Fabricate and manufacture lightweight conveyor and transmission belts in our workshop
* Work effectively as part of a team to achieve common goals
* Demonstrate a commitment to health and safety practices
* Work outside regular hours when required, including overtime
Requirements:
* Mechanical aptitude and reliability for entry-level candidates
* Previous experience in the lightweight conveyor belt industry for experienced candidates
* Valid driver's license essential
* A Certificate III in Polymer Processing qualification advantageous but not essential
* Forklift license beneficial but not required
