You will feel great satisfaction knowing your talent and hard work has a purpose.The purpose of this role is to provide early, timely and personal service to workers, employers, and other stakeholders whilst providing an empathetic customer experience through a deep technical specialisation in complex claims. This will be a **full-time, permanent** position based in the **Adelaide**office, with flexibility to work from home up to 2 days a week once fully trained.**YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES*** Proactively manage rehabilitation providers and approval of rehabilitation plans/wellness plans in accordance with guidelines.* Liaise with all internal and external stakeholders regularly to progress strategies and actions.* Engage in employer claims reviews where requested and maintain regular contact with the employer, EML account manager and/or primary EML claims specialist for a policy* Gather evidence and conduct investigations to assist in the dispute proceedings and ensure that they are managed and supported in a timely manner* Ensure the effective management of key legislative drivers in accordance with the Act**ABOUT YOU*** Previous customer service, hospitality, or retail experience with a strong focus on customer satisfaction* Great attention to detail and time management skills* Excellent written and verbal communication skills* Tertiary studies in Allied Health (Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Rehabilitation, Nursing, Psychology) is advantageous but not mandatory.**WHAT WE OFFER**We stand together as equals.
