We're an established seaside cafe in Henley Beach looking for a Head Chef to join our team.
This is a hands on role in a fast-paced, team focused kitchen working with a seasonal menu. We're looking for someone organised and reliable with a solid understanding of how food should be.
You'll lead service and oversee the day to day running of the kitchen, making sure everything flows smoothly across prep, service, ordering and organisation. You'll work closely with the Executive Chef on menu development and support the team across both daily trade and functions.
We're also looking for someone who enjoys leading a team, sets a positive standard in the kitchen and helps create a valuable environment to work in.
Previous experience as a Head Chef or Sous Chef is preferred, along with a strong understanding of kitchen systems and food safety standards.
