Quick Overview of the role

We are currently seeking a Commercial Sales Manager to join the team in a full-time capacity. This role is responsible for managing commercial sales, ensuring streamlining and profitability across Currumbin and the network. Reporting to the National Sales & Distribution Manager, you will be responsible for negotiating contracts ensuring legal compliance, risk mitigation, consultancy costs are controlled and processes area streamlined.

What else will you be doing?

* Forecast and report commercial pipeline, accuracy and accountability in planning.
* Provide hands-on management of major commercial accounts.
* Ensure the developing strategies are reported annually and refined quarterly.


Skills And Experiences


What are we looking for in the successful candidate?

* Minimum 3 years' experience working in the construction industry in a similar position.
* Excellent communication, influencing and negotiation skills with sound IT literacy.
* Strong organisational and time management skills, with an ability to prioritise and manage workload, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing circumstances.
* Self-starter who takes pride in their work and strives for excellence.
* Ability to build rapport with a varied audience and who thrives under pressure.
* Tertiary or further education in a related field preferred.
* Understanding of manufacturing and estimating highly regarded.
