About the Role
As a Food & Beverage Team Leader, you will support the day-to-day operation of food and beverage services across GMHBA Stadium. Working closely with operational and culinary teams, you'll help lead staff, coordinate service delivery, and ensure guests receive a high-quality hospitality experience at every event.
This role suits someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys leading by example, and is passionate about customer service and team success.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and support front-of-house food and beverage teams during events and functions
* Deliver high standards of customer service and operational excellence
* Assist with the coordination and execution of functions and stadium events
* Collaborate with kitchen and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery
* Maintain compliance with workplace health, safety, and food hygiene standards
* Support stock and equipment management to ensure operational efficiency
About You
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
* Previous experience in hospitality, ideally in a supervisory or team leadership role
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* A hands‐on, proactive approach and ability to perform in a fast‐paced environment
* Food safety and first aid certifications (desirable)
