Residential Construction Support/Admin Office All-Rounder
NuChange Building is looking for a motivated and organised team member to join our team.
This is a hands‐on support role suited to someone who enjoys working in a fast‐paced construction environment and being involved in the day‐to‐day coordination of projects.
Key Duties Include:
* Assisting the scheduler with coordinating construction works
* Sending purchase orders to suppliers and trades
* Booking in trades, deliveries and materials
* Liaising with suppliers, subcontractors and clients
* General construction administration and office support
* Assisting the team with day‐to‐day project coordination
* Co‐ordinating staff daily runs lists
Is highly organised with strong attention to detail
Has excellent communication and time management skills
Can multitask and work efficiently under pressure
Has good computer and administration skills
Is proactive, reliable and willing to learn
Previous construction industry experience is preferred
