As part of our continued growth, Adaptalift Group has recently been appointed as a major national dealer for JCB construction, agricultural and industrial equipment in Australia. This partnership combines our national footprint with JCB's globally recognised product range and loyal following in the construction and earthmoving sectors.
We are looking for a State Sales Manager to play a formative role in growing our JCB division in WA.
What You Will Be Doing
* Team Leadership: Build, lead and coach the WA sales team to achieve ambitious sales targets across the JCB construction, industrial and agricultural equipment portfolio.
* Business Development and Market Expansion: Identify and secure new business opportunities, grow accounts and build long‐term relationships across construction, earthmoving, civil, industrial and infrastructure sectors.
* Strategic Sales Management: Drive sales strategy, pipeline development, pricing, margins and forecasting while monitoring competitor activity and market opportunities.
* Customer and OEM Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with customers and work closely with JCB Australia and JCB UK to support overall sales growth and dealership success.
What It Takes To Succeed
You are an experienced sales leader who thrives on building teams, winning business and driving growth in competitive capital equipment markets.
We are particularly interested in candidates from mechanically grounded sales backgrounds, including:
* Earthmoving equipment sales
* Capital equipment or machinery sales
* Industrial equipment or heavy equipment sales
* Agricultural machinery sales
* Materials handling equipment sales
* Construction equipment sales

Proven experience leading and managing a sales team.
* Strong business development and account management capability
* Experience developing sales strategies and managing pipelines
* Commercial acumen across pricing, margins and budgeting
* Strong negotiation, presentation and relationship‐building skills
