Position Overview
We're looking for a highly motivated Junior Content Creator & Social Media Manager to craft compelling content that resonates with our audience and drives engagement across platforms. You'll be responsible for creating and managing content, executing social media strategies, and building a vibrant online presence for Morning Made. This role is perfect for someone who loves storytelling, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is passionate about health, wellness, sustainability, and creating strategic social media plans (including feed strategies, campaigns, and content calendars).
* Create high-quality, engaging content for social media platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
* Manage the day-to-day operations of our social media channels, ensuring consistent brand voice and aesthetic.
* Develop and execute creative social media campaigns, feed plans, and content strategies that drive engagement, growth, and brand awareness.
* Collaborate with the marketing team to align content with broader campaigns and product launches.
* Source, create, and manage user-generated content (UGC) to foster community engagement.
* Monitor social media trends and platform updates to keep Morning Made at the forefront of digital innovation.
* Engage with our online community by responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and authentic manner.
* Analyse social media performance metrics and provide insights to optimise content and strategies.
* Assist in the planning and execution of influencer partnerships and collaborations.
* Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging platforms to inform content strategy.
Skills & Experience
* 1 year of experience in content creation, social media management, or digital marketing.
* Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
* Excellent written and visual storytelling skills with an eye for aesthetics and detail.
* Proficiency in content creation tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
* Basic photography and video editing skills are a plus.
* Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Creative thinker with the ability to generate fresh ideas and concepts.
* Passion for health, wellness, sustainability, and the coffee alternative movement.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with our online community.
