Rate: $34.51 – $39.24 per hour (depending on qualifications and experience).
Busy Bees is a leading early learning provider across Australia. We are seeking a passionate and experienced Lead Educator to lead the daily learning program within our 0–12 month age group.
Responsibilities
* Plan and implement a high‐quality educational program aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework.
* Inspire and mentor Educators within your room.
* Create a safe, inclusive and stimulating learning environment.
* Build strong, collaborative relationships with families and the local community.
* Ensure compliance with the National Quality Framework and centre policies.
Qualifications
* Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA‐approved equivalent).
* Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certification and WWCC.
* Demonstrated experience leading a room in a day‐care setting.
* Strong knowledge of the EYLF and NQS.
* A genuine commitment to child safety and wellbeing, aligned with Busy Bee values.
