Wholesale Account Manager - North Brisbane / Sunshine Coast

We're looking for an experienced Wholesale Account Manager with strong coffee and equipment knowledge aligned with a passion for coffee to drive growth across North Brisbane, the Sunshine Coast and surrounding northern regions.
This is a field‐based role focused on winning new business, growing existing wholesale partnerships and supporting customers.
What You'll Be Doing
* Growing and managing a portfolio of wholesale café and hospitality customers
* Identifying and securing new business opportunities across your territory
* Building strong long‐term customer relationships
* Supporting customers with coffee machine management and basic technical troubleshooting
* Coordinating equipment servicing and maintenance requirements
* Working closely with our Coffee Trainers and internal support teams
* Regular customer visits, relationship management and territory planning
What We're Looking For
* A love of coffee
* Previous account management or sales experience in FMCG, coffee or hospitality
* Strong knowledge of coffee and café operations
* Technical understanding of coffee machines, equipment maintenance and troubleshooting
* A proactive "hunter" mindset with strong relationship‐building skills
* Someone based in North Brisbane, the Sunshine Coast or surrounding northern suburbs
* Strong communication, organisation and customer service skills
