The organization is seeking an occupational therapist to work as a Rehabilitation Consultant in its expanding QLD team based on the Sunshine Coast. This role combines a fast-paced environment with collaborative and rewarding aspects, enabling you to:
* Support individuals in their recovery, return to work, and life following injury or illness
* Conduct assessments and case management services across various customer portfolios
* Help people recover and return to their pre-injury or new employment using your clinical skills and knowledge;
* Interact and build relationships with health professionals, specialists, employers, insurers, and other stakeholders to drive positive outcomes for clients.
About You:
* Occupational Therapist with full AHPRA membership
* Desire to work in Occupational Rehabilitation
* Current Police Clearance and Working with Children Check
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
* Excellent time management, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities
* Honesty, integrity, a good team attitude, and a positive approach; and
* Genuine commitment to continuous improvement.
