About the role
We are seeking an experienced and collaborative Senior Project Administrator to support a major decommissioning project, based in our Southbank office in Melbourne. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting project delivery through advanced administration, financial coordination, and stakeholder engagement, working closely with project leadership to ensure efficient and effective operations across a complex, large‐scale program.

Key Responsibilities
* Lead and coordinate project administration activities to support efficient delivery
* Support cost control, forecasting and financial tracking, including accruals and reporting
* Manage purchase orders, attend to client invoicing and support goods receipting processes
* Oversee project documentation, reporting cycles, and WIP management
* Build strong relationships with project stakeholders, suppliers and internal teams to ensure effective coordination
About you
* Substantial experience in a project administration or contract administration role
* Strong understanding of project financial processes and cost tracking
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities
* Confident communicator with the ability to partner across teams and influence stakeholders
* Experience with SAP and Microsoft Office systems
