Front of House - Events Officer
We are seeking a Casual Front of House Event Service Officer based at the St Albans Community Centre (STACC) which incorporates the Bowery Theatre.

Compensation: Band 3A 36 Hour Week Casual, AUD $45.35 per hour

Responsibilities
* Operate the box office: ticket sales, ticket collections, and door lists.
* Provide theatre ushering services: opening the theatre, checking and taking tickets, managing audience egress, checking appropriate seat allocation, communicating with show staff, and managing latecomers.
* Deliver customer service and audience management.
Qualifications
* Demonstrated experience, knowledge and skills in customer service and office administration in an arts and/or community facility environment.
* Working knowledge of the performing arts.
* Having a Working with Children Check and Police Check.
* First Aid and CPR certification.
* Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification.
