We're looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Dental Receptionist to join our friendly and professional team at My Implant Dentist Brisbane. This is a Casual opportunity offering consistent weekday & Saturday shifts, long‐term growth, full training, and a clear career path in the exciting world of cosmetic and implant dentistry.
About the Role
In this role, you will be the welcoming face of our clinic, responsible for:
* Managing front desk operations
* Booking and coordinating appointments
* Handling phone and email enquiries
* Supporting patient care and education
* Collaborating with the clinical and management team
* Contributing to administrative and sales support tasks
You'll be trained to deliver an exceptional patient experience while learning the ropes of dental administration in a fast‐paced, professional environment.
About You
We're looking for someone who is:
* Customer-focused with excellent communication skills
* Well‐presented and confident with a positive attitude
* Detail‐oriented and highly organised
* Proactive and eager to learn
* A genuine team player, able to work collaboratively
* Passionate about healthcare and cosmetic dentistry
* Eligible to work in Australia with any form of valid work rights
Experience in dental reception is ideal but not essential—full training will be provided. A Certificate III or IV in Dental Assisting or Business Administration is a bonus but not required.
