This role offers the opportunity to manage a diverse caseload of plaintiff personal injury matters from initial instruction through to resolution. Working closely with senior legal professionals, you will provide high-quality legal advice, advocate for clients, and achieve positive outcomes across a broad range of compensation matters.

About the Role
You will manage personal injury matters from commencement through to resolution.
Key Responsibilities
* Managing a caseload of personal injury claims
* Conducting initial client consultations and case assessments
* Developing and implementing legal strategies
* Preparing and lodging claims within legislative timeframes
* Gathering and analysing evidence including medical reports and expert opinions
* Drafting legal documents, correspondence and settlement submissions
* Liaising with counsel, medical experts and stakeholders
* Representing clients during negotiations, mediations and conferences
* Managing client relationships and providing exceptional client service
* Achieving favourable outcomes while maintaining compliance with legal obligations
About You
You are a motivated and client-focused lawyer with experience in plaintiff personal injury matters and a passion for achieving positive outcomes.
Qualifications and Experience
* Bachelor of Law
* Admission as a legal practitioner in Queensland
* Current practising certificate
* Minimum 3 years' post-admission experience in plaintiff personal injury law
* Strong knowledge of Queensland personal injury legislation
* Excellent communication, negotiation and advocacy skills
* Ability to manage files independently while working collaboratively within a team
* Strong attention to detail and organisational capability
