Service Product Lead (SPL) – Front End (Network) Location:

As the Service Product Lead for Front End (Network) you will be responsible for the end‑to‑end lifecycle, quality and performance of core IT product offerings. This includes everything from initial analysis and design through to implementation, transition and ongoing delivery.
You will act as the link between Business Relationship Teams, IT operations and technical specialists, ensuring services are designed and delivered to meet existing business needs and are adaptable to future demands. You will coordinate customer testing, product launches, and support customer communications and training. Managing one or more products or services, you will actively scan the external landscape for emerging technologies and assess their relevance and potential value to the business needs. You will also ensure the seamless integration of all IT service components and systems, aligning with FCTG’s strategic goals.
Responsibilities
Define and manage the IT product roadmap in line with business objectives and user feedback.
Monitor the external environment to gather intelligence on emerging technologies.
Deal with problems/issues, conduct root‑cause analysis, manage resolutions with corrective actions and disseminate lessons learned to drive improvement.
Ensure all products adhere to regulatory, security and compliance requirements and maintain documentation and service‑catalog entries.
Oversee budgeting and cost optimization for product portfolios.
Role Requirements
5+ years of experience in product management, preferably within a Network environment.
Strong technical background.
Broad experience in Service Delivery Management.
Specific knowledge of the product domain.
Extensive experience within a Product Delivery setting.
Strong understanding of project, portfolio, organisational change management (OCM) and Agile techniques.
Familiarity with the functioning of a PMO and a steering committee.
Degree in IT, Business or related fields.
Product Management Certificate (or equivalent).
ITIL Certificate.
Industry qualifications in the specified product domain.
