Retail Manager – KATARIA FAMILY TRUST, Meadow Springs WA
We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Retail Manager to join our team as the Trustee for KATARIA FAMILY TRUST – Meadow Springs WA. This full‐time role involves leading daily store operations, managing staff, delivering excellent customer service, and driving business performance in a fast‐paced environment.
Responsibilities
* Monitor safety, security and profitability.
* Prepare weekly crew roster and maintain labour targets.
* Conduct mid‐month and month‐end stock counts to monitor profit and loss.
* Plan and execute weekly orders and product promotions.
* Manage waste and develop action plans to reduce it.
* Analyse sales figures and forecast future sales.
* Address customer queries, complaints, and feedback.
Qualifications
* At least 1 year of relevant experience in the retail or hospitality industry.
* Strong leadership and staff management skills.
* Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
* Knowledge of sales forecasting and inventory management.
* Knowledge of health and safety compliance.
Salary
Annual salary ranges between $77,000 and $85,000.
