Job Description
* Manage multi-disciplinary construction project schedules including design, engineering, construction, Commissioning and integration of contractor's schedule
* Pre-baseline reviews of contractor's programs to check adherence to the required contractual requirements and industry standard scheduling practices
* Prepare progress update reports and highlight key schedule risks and opportunities to the clients
* Recommend corrective action and create acceleration programs in case of major delays
* Conduct delay analysis and assist in claims management
* Arrange meetings with multiple client-side stakeholders to understand their inputs and deliverables during the project and create an Integrated Master Works Program
Qualifications
* Degree in Construction Management or Engineering, along with 10 years' experience in scheduling at medium to large sized construction environments especially Data Centre or semiconductor/high-tech sectors
* Must be able to assist the project team in planning workflow and phasing as required
* Proven experience in construction project schedule management overseeing the development of project schedules and a proven track record of managing and integrating multiple schedules within complex programs
* Strong ability to extract information from construction drawings, specifications, contracts and proposal documents
* Ability to estimate construction duration by quantity take off and resource/execution assumptions is a must
* This position requires an expert level proficiency on Primavera P6 knowledge, Microsoft project in-depth knowledge
* Excellent communication skills at written and oral English level
* Experience working in a fast paced environment with multiple customers and stakeholders, willing to base on site
* A team player, inquisitive, self-starter with a keen eye for details and ability to learn quickly
