About the Role
As a Pharmacy Assistant and Sleep Apnoea Consultant, you'll be part of a dedicated team providing exceptional customer service and specialist care. You'll assist customers with prescriptions, health advice, and sleep apnoea support, helping them achieve better health outcomes.
Your responsibilities include :
* Providing friendly, knowledgeable, and professional service to all customers.
* Assisting patients with sleep apnoea consultations, including CPAP equipment and support.
* Operating point-of-sale systems and managing cash handling.
* Keeping the store clean, organised, and welcoming.
* Supporting promotions, merchandising, and in-store sales initiatives.
About You
You're customer-focused, reliable, and passionate about health and wellbeing.
You'll bring :
* A friendly and engaging personality with a focus on great customer service.
* Previous pharmacy or retail experience (preferred but not essential).
* Strong communication and teamwork skills.
* A professional presentation and positive attitude.
Bonus if you have :
* A Certificate II–IV in Community Pharmacy.
* Experience with MINFOS or FRED dispensing systems.
* Interest or prior experience in sleep apnoea services or medical equipment.
