About the Role
Latrobe Regional Health (LRH) is looking for a Senior Mental Health Clinician 26+ to join our growing team on an ongoing full-time basis.
You will
* Provide leadership, guidance and support to multidisciplinary staff
* Deliver evidence-based, recovery-oriented clinical care
* Conduct comprehensive assessments and care planning
* Support care coordination and consumer outcomes
* Collaborate effectively with consumers, families and stakeholders
* Contribute to service development and quality improvement initiatives

About you
You are a skilled and compassionate clinician with strong leadership capability and a commitment to delivering high-quality mental health care.
You will bring
* At least 5 years' experience in a senior mental health role
* Strong clinical, analytical and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
* A collaborative and adaptable approach to team-based care
* Commitment to ongoing professional development
* Registered Nurse (with postgraduate mental health qualification), OR Social Worker, Occupational Therapist or Psychologist (AHPRA registered)
* Demonstrated knowledge of relevant legislation and standards
