About The Role

Akura is seeking a Lead Generation Specialist to join our Bathurst team.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives on the phone, enjoys the chase of finding new leads, and plays a key role in driving sales growth.
Reporting to the Marketing Director, you'll be at the frontline of our business development efforts—making outbound calls, qualifying leads using multiple platforms, setting appointments, following up with prospects across the Eastern Seaboard, and updating our CRM system.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and qualify new Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) and convert them to Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs).
Research and capture decision-maker details and project information.
Conduct phone and email outreach to assess project needs and timelines.
Maintain CRM accuracy with daily updates and consistent follow-up.
Provide market and customer feedback to the Sales and Marketing teams.
Support handover of qualified opportunities to Project Consultants.
Participate in ongoing sales and communication training.
