Your Role in the Team

As a Level 1 Support Engineer, you're the first point of contact for our customers – the friendly, capable voice on the other end of the line. You'll help users solve common issues quickly and confidently, while learning the ropes of technical support in a real-world environment.

What You'll Do

* Respond to customer questions via phone, live chat or our ticketing system
* Log and categorise support requests accurately to keep everything running smoothly
* Solve common issues using step‐by‐step guides
* Escalate trickier problems to the Level 2 team with detailed notes to speed up resolution
* Help improve our knowledge base by flagging recurring questions and outdated content

What You'll Bring

* 0–2 years' experience in IT, helpdesk or customer support – grads welcome!
* A basic understanding of operating systems and web browsers (Windows, macOS, Chrome, etc.)
* Good instincts for troubleshooting – you like solving puzzles and helping people
* Clear communication and great listening skills – especially when customers are stressed
* Familiarity with tools like Hubspot, Zendesk, Jira Service Management or Freshdesk (a bonus, not a must)
* Lifting screens (medical screening required) and Drivers License is required (P‐Plates is fine)
