About the Role
We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Consultant to join our Payroll Consulting team. This fast-paced, ever-changing, and growing environment focuses on inventorying and reconciling underpayment issues related to Award & EBA employee salaries.
Key Responsibilities
* Work across all aspects of payroll compliance projects, focused on Award & EBA employee underpayment reviews and reconciliation.
* Address matters relating to payroll compliance, industry awards, data cleansing, and reconciliation modelling.
* Design, build, and implement reconciliation tools (using Excel and other platforms).
* Analyse complex Excel workbooks for review and simplification.
* Maintain and monitor project plans, schedules, and tasks in alignment with frameworks.
* Organise and attend stakeholder/client meetings; manage client relationships.
* Document and follow up on key actions from meetings.
Qualifications
* Exposure to payroll compliance or payroll remediation projects.
* Highly proficient in Excel; experience with Alteryx, Power BI or equivalent platforms.
* Commitment to successful project delivery and outcomes.
* Proven ability to lead client workshops and meetings, facilitating discussions, gathering requirements, and presenting solutions with confidence.
* Analysts with experience in large data and employment projects and an interest in wage compliance are encouraged to apply.
