Job Summary
Use your expertise to advise on and manage the school's risk and compliance systems to ensure legal and regulatory compliance.
Responsibilities
* Overseeing the development, maintenance and operations of relevant systems and resources and recommending improvements to processes and procedures.
* Developing and interpreting legislation, regulations, procedures and other guideline material relating to operations within the school.
* Delivering and advising staff, students, and the school community on policy updates and publishing via appropriate channels.
* Facilitating the completion and report on risk and compliance tasks through the appropriate avenues.
* Advising and facilitating the conduct of risk assessments by responsible staff members for school events.
Qualifications & Experience
* Expertise in developing, maintaining, and improving operational systems and processes.
* Strong understanding of legislation, regulations, and guidelines to interpret and apply within a school setting.
* Ability to communicate policy updates clearly to a wide variety of groups and stakeholders.
* Experience in managing and reporting on risk and compliance tasks effectively.
* Skilled in advising and facilitating risk assessments for events.
* Tertiary qualification at Associate Diploma/Diploma in a related field.

* Hold a Paid Employee Positive Notice Blue Card prior to commencement.
