Annual Salary: $74,275.50 - $76,537.50 + $5.37 p/h + 12% Super + Benefits. Full‐time permanent position.
We're a not‐for‐profit Early Learning Centre located at Mantaray Loop, dedicated to inspiring and nurturing children to become independent. As a Room Leader you will lead the close‐knit team of educators, ensuring a safe, hygienic, and inspiring environment for children.

Responsibilities
* Lead and manage the classroom team, ensuring a positive and engaging learning environment.
* Promote "School ReadY" and maintain high‐quality programs for children 0‐5 years old.
* Manage compliance with the National Quality Framework and National Education & Care Services Regulations 2012.
* Engage with children, families and the community to support child development in body, mind and spirit.
* Implement and review educational programs, and maintain hygienic and safe settings.
* Produce reports and maintain documentation required by regulatory frameworks.
Qualifications & Requirements
* Degree or diploma in Early Childhood Education or equivalent.
* HLTAID012 – First Aid certificate or equivalent.
* Understanding of the National Quality Framework & NESA Regulations 2012.
* Previous experience in early childhood services, developing and implementing programs for children 0‐5 years.
* Ability to obtain a National Police Certificate and Working with Children card.
