About the role
We're on the lookout for an Assistant Stores Manager to come and join the leadership team at HILLZEEZ - Bunbury/Eaton!
As an Assistant Stores Manager, you will demonstrate a high level of enthusiasm and passion for retail operations and the leadership of an awesome crew in a fast‐paced retail environment.
You will support our team to provide outstanding customer experiences and achieve business outcomes across the HILLZEEZ Surf Stores in Bunbury & Eaton. In addition to this you will oversee the operations of our sister store SUBCULTURE- Bunbury.
You will collaborate with the Stores Manager to drive team performance in customer service, stock merchandising, inventory management, product knowledge and overall HILLZEEZ VIBE!
This role will involve some weekend and public holiday work.
This role is responsible for
* Assisting in the leadership of our retail operations team in Bunbury/Eaton, WA
* Setting the example of how to provide an outstanding customer experience in‐store, and supporting the team to deliver this themselves
* Assisting with onboarding and training of new team members
* Merchandising stock in‐store, in alignment with business standards
* Driving compliance with business processes and identifying opportunities for greater efficiency
Ideal candidate will have
* A passion for our down south community
* Enthusiasm for surf and skate products
* Previous leadership experience in a fast‐paced retail environment
* Ability to drive results and meet business KPIs in‐store
* Competent skills in the use of the MS Office Suit
