This is a national role based onsite in either Melbourne or Brisbane, with regular travel to Head Office in Sydney.
Main Responsibilities:
* Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement operational plans aligned to the broader health sales strategy. Establish clear daily sales disciplines, track key metrics (conversion, revenue, contact quality), and continuously optimise performance.
* Leadership & Team Development: Lead and mentor Sales Managers and Team Leaders across Melbourne, Brisbane, and Sydney to create a high-performing, resilient, and customer-focused sales culture. Foster professional growth and succession planning for future leaders.
* Capability Building: Drive continuous improvement through coaching frameworks, playbooks, scripting, and compliance training. Ensure world-class sales practices are embedded in all customer interactions.
* Performance & Workforce Management: Own daily, weekly, and monthly sales results, including KPI monitoring, forecasting, capacity planning, and recruitment in collaboration with Talent Acquisition.
You Bring:
* Extensive experience leading large outbound call centre sales teams, ideally in health insurance, financial services, or regulated industries
* Proven ability managing multiple layers of leadership and driving results through Sales Managers and Team Leaders
* Expertise in sales coaching, call quality assurance, performance management, and cultural transformation
