Sitesec provides Australian construction sites with temporary security and monitoring technology to secure and manage a wide range of projects. This is a unique and exciting opportunity to be a key player in the growth of our business as we expand our footprint across Sydney and greater NSW.
The day‐to‐day
* Handle inbound leads from across Sydney.
* Prospect and generate new opportunities in the local construction industry.
* Generate tailored proposals using the best modern software.
* Formulate strategies to target and network with construction companies and influential stakeholders.
* Frequently travel by road to meet with new and potential clients across key sites.
* Engage with our existing customer base in Sydney to find new opportunities and expand on existing services.
Your skills and experience
* Previous sales or account management experience, ideally with knowledge of the construction industry.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Understanding of the construction industry.
* Confident with technology.
* Open driver's license and a readiness to travel.

Benefits
* $90,000 base salary + super
* Uncapped commission structure with high earning potential due to rolling monthly rental additions. Typical earnings ~$15K in year one, ~$30K in year two, and growing as your book builds.
