Key Responsibilities
* Create job packs for Workshop staff
* Maintain costings and reconcile in ERP (Pronto) at job closure
* Accurate and prompt data entry into organisational systems
* Maintaining the WIP report to a high level of accuracy
* Ordering and expediting parts from internal and external suppliers
* Ordering and expediting external services
* Liaising with workshop Supervisors to support timely completion of jobs
* Preparation and assisting for onboarding of new staff
* Ensuring compliance to policies and procedures
* Assist in maintaining the training matrix for the workshop team
* General administration tasks as required
Qualifications and Experience
* Minimum of 2-5 years' experience in an administrative role
* Computer literate with knowledge of ERP software (Pronto preferred)
* Previous experience in a busy, hands-on environment
* Ability to plan and prioritise in a dynamic work environment
* Proven ability to work unsupervised and show initiative
* Demonstrated "people" skills and ability to converse well with customers
* Previous experience in a Workshop or service environment, dealing with internal and external customers
* Exposure to Project Administration or Coordination and experience within a project management team highly regarded
