Role Overview
The firm is seeking a 4+ PAE Employment and Workers Compensation practitioner to support our Adelaide principals. This is a career‐defining opportunity for a workplace law enthusiast to take the career to new heights in a supportive environment, working on diverse and challenging matters. This role offers genuine opportunities for direct client contact, court and tribunal appearance work, conducting conciliations and mediations as well as front‐end advisory work.
Responsibilities
* Provide direct client contact and advise on Employment Law and Workers Compensation matters.
* Represent clients in court and tribunal appearances.
* Conduct conciliations and mediations.
* Provide front‐end advisory work.
* Manage client expectations and run matters autonomously.
* Engage with colleagues to help grow the team's practice.
Qualifications
* 4+ years post admission.
* Experience in Employment Law and Workers Compensation.
* Confidence, initiative and ambition to pursue a career in Employment Law.
* Self‐motivated and able to work to timeframes.
* Practical and client‐focused problem solving.
* Previous exposure to business development and ability to cultivate quality relationships with industry leading clients.
* Team player who can collaborate on work.
