Responsibilities include recommending appropriate training tools and platforms, developing various learning assets, and measuring training effectiveness.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years in technology training solution delivery, familiarity with ERP or CRM implementations, and experience in facilitating training in virtual environments.
