Department Team Leader
We have an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Department Team Leader.
About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily operations, monitoring stock recovery, and achieving sales growth and meeting department KPI targets.
As a key member of our team, you will be expected to lead by example, build a high-performing team to deliver exceptional customer service, and execute visual merchandising and standards.
You will also be responsible for launching and planning catalogue campaigns, implementing stock integrity initiatives to increase department profit, and supporting the store manager in all aspects of department management.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage daily operations, ensuring seamless execution of department tasks.
* Monitor and improve stock recovery processes to maximize sales and minimize losses.
* Achieve sales growth and meet department KPI targets through effective inventory management and customer engagement strategies.
* Build and lead a high-performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
* Develop and implement visual merchandising and standards plans to enhance customer experience and drive sales growth.
* Plan and execute catalogue campaigns to promote products and drive sales revenue.
* Identify and implement opportunities to improve stock integrity, reducing losses and increasing department profitability.
