About the Role
As the IT / Web Administrator, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing our online presence. You'll ensure our website is accurate, engaging, and reflective of our services and team. This role involves working collaboratively with different departments to keep our information current and to showcase the great work we do across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
* Build, Maintain and update the company website to ensure it is current, functional and aligned with the organisational needs.
* Add new team members and update existing profiles.
* Create and manage engaging online content relevant to our services.
* Ensure all partner website links remain active and accurate.
* Regularly review and update all website information to ensure accuracy.
* Collaborate with the therapy teams to keep clinical and service information up to date.
* Provide web support to improve website performance and user experience.
About You
You're detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and have a creative eye for how information is presented online. You enjoy problem-solving, collaborating with teams, and taking ownership of digital content.
Qualifications & Skills:
* Proven experience with website management, building, and digital content maintenance.
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
* Bachelor's degree in information technology or related field (preferred).
