About The Role
This position is situated within the Fleet Team of the Corporate Services Unit located at South Melbourne. The Corporate Services Unit manages all financial, legal, compliance, insurance, property, vehicle fleet, and information communication technology services for the organisation.
The Fleet Support Officer will assist the Fleet Manager with the management of MacKillop's Vehicle Fleet, FBT Records, Insurance claims, Infringements, Invoices, and other relevant administration duties. The Fleet Support Officer is a member of the Fleet Team and reports to the Fleet Manager.
This is a Full-time opportunity based in South Melbourne within our Corporate Services Program. The position reports to the Fleet Manager.

To be successful in this role, you will have:
Highly developed communication and report writing skills.
A willingness to contribute to a collaborative and team environment.
Previous experience in fleet management is preferred but not essential.
A commitment to providing high-quality, prompt customer service.
