Your Role
As a Kitchen Design & Sales Consultant, you'll combine your design expertise to drive customer satisfaction and business success.
Key Responsibilities
* Achieve individual and team sales targets through effective design consultations
* Engage directly with customers to understand their needs and create tailored kitchen solutions
* Preparation of accurate quotes and compelling 3D kitchen renders
* Maintain high standards of customer service throughout the design and sales process
* Monitor timelines, workflows, and productivity to ensure efficiency and results
* Collaborate with showroom and operations teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
What We're Looking For
* Proven experience in kitchen design and sales, ideally within a showroom environment
* Strong communication, and interpersonal skills
* Excellent organisational and time management abilities, with a knack for juggling multiple projects
* A genuine passion for design excellence, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement
