This position oversees the overall operations of a residential college, creating a safe, inclusive, and engaging environment for students by organizing leisure activities, maintaining effective communication with stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with record-keeping and reporting requirements.
The key responsibilities include acting as deputy to the College Manager, contributing to human resource and administrative functions, upholding Department policies, duty of care, and professional standards, and providing support to both staff and students.
This role plays a key part in enhancing the overall operations of the residential college and contributing to its ongoing growth and success.
