Collaborate with executive leaders and key stakeholders to deliver strategic eHealth solutions and improved patient outcomes. Advocate for nursing, midwifery and multidisciplinary teams in the design and deployment of healthcare technologies. Identify and address gaps between clinical workflows, policy compliance and electronic systems. Drive patient‑centred innovation, data‑driven decision making and benefits realisation across clinical services. Professional Information Employment Type: Permanent Full Time Position Classification: Nurse Manager Grade5 Remuneration: $170,655.23 - $173,551.14 per annum Hours Per Week: 38 Location: Cumberland Hospital Essential Criteria Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse/Midwife. Selection Criteria Registered nurse or midwife with relevant tertiary level experience and knowledge of system‑wide clinical nursing practices. Strong knowledge and interest in health informatics, including clinical information systems and technologies required for clinical practice and quality improvement, with a focus on nursing and midwifery informatics. Demonstrated experience in clinical information technology projects to effectively drive change in a complex environment and manage stakeholders in a creative and positive manner consistent with WSLHD values. High level interpersonal skills and demonstrated experience in engaging and working collaboratively with a range of stakeholders, to facilitate cooperation in achieving positive outcomes, and to maintain strong working relationships. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills including competency in health‑related software applications and all Microsoft Office applications. Proven demonstrated ability to evaluate clinical services and business processes, with experience in leading organisational change and benefits realisation to improve performance and service delivery.
