What will you be doing?
- Lead daily branch operations, ensuring exceptional customer service and operational efficiency
- Coach, motivate, and develop your team to achieve and exceed sales and service targets
- Drive a customer‑centric culture aligned with organisational values and engagement programs
- Manage scheduling, administrative duties, compliance, and reporting
- Represent the branch at community events and actively promote client engagement
- Analyse performance data and maintain data integrity in systems
- Uphold health and safety standards and participate in risk management
- Lead change initiatives and ensure team compliance with legislative and organisational policies
What do you need?
- Minimum 5 years’ leadership experience in financial services or retail banking
- Proven success managing client‑facing teams in a sales and service environment
- Strong organisational, coaching, and people management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
