Casual Community Support Worker - Rockingham
About the role: We are seeking passionate Community Support Workers to join our Rockingham Service Centre on a casual basis. In this role, you'll deliver high‐quality, person‐centred care to our clients in their homes and within the community. You will play a vital role in supporting individuals to maintain independence, dignity, and quality of life while building meaningful relationships along the way. This is a casual position, and we are looking for someone available early mornings and from Tuesday through to Saturdays. You may be required to travel to the following suburbs:
* Baldivis
* Golden Bay
* Secret Harbour
* Rockingham
* Mandurah
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver care in line with individualised care plans and organisational policies.
* Support clients with activities of daily living, including personal care, hygiene, and dressing.
* Assist with medication support, continence care, and mobility (including hoist transfers where required).
* Provide meal preparation, domestic assistance, and shopping support.
* Accompany clients to appointments and support community access.
* Monitor and report changes in client health and wellbeing, escalating concerns as needed.
* Deliver services with a strong focus on safety, dignity, and person‐centred care.
Must‐Haves
* Current driver's licence.
* Current First Aid and CPR certificate.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* NDIS worker screening check (or willingness to obtain).
* NDIS worker orientation module (or willingness to obtain).
* Commitment to person‐centred care and safety.
