What you'll do Manage and coordinate the design process for multi-residential apartment developments from concept to tender documentation.
Engage and lead architects and consultants to deliver cost-effective, compliant, and innovative design solutions.
Review design documentation for compliance with planning controls, building codes, and Stockland principles.
Collaborate with internal teams to integrate sustainability and ESG commitments into design outcomes.
Maintain project briefs and design programmes, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.
